About Renee

I am a registered and licensed dietitian passionate about nutrition, health, but most of all happiness.  I believe that what you put into your body affects how you feel, look, and go about your daily routines.  Improving your eating habits will improve your overall quality of life.  Therefore, I am devoted to teaching proper nutrition and educating on healthy habits, so people can go out and live the happy, healthy life they deserve.

I am one of five children and grew up in Carmel, Indiana a suburb of Indianapolis.   Growing up I always enjoyed playing sports and being active.  My fascination with diet and personal health began at a young age and grew only stronger throughout the years.   I attended Indiana University to study nutrition and earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Health Science with a concentration in dietetics and minor in psychology.   I went on to complete my Dietetic Internship at Ball State University.  I am a member of The American Dietetic Association and The American Overseas Dietetic Association.

I currently live in London, United Kingdom.  When I am not working I enjoy yoga, running, being outside, traveling, cooking and spending time with my family and friends.

Your food determines in a large measure how long you shall live – how much you shall enjoy life, and how successful your life shall be. – Dr. Kirschner

What People Are Saying

My nutrition sessions with Renee are changing my life, my relationship with food and with my body.  I feel so comfortable with Renee and I can tell her anything.  I have been on Weight Watchers since I was 13 so I know close to nothing about real nutrition and now I am finally deciding to learn about food.

“Renee has helped me with my emotional eating patterns by educating me on food combining, meal planning, portion control and the importance of preparation and goal setting.  We meet once a week and we make a new plan for me according to what the next small step is that I can handle.  I am finally grocery shopping, I have given up diet soda, I am sitting down to eat and I enjoy eating!  I am so excited about the changes I have made in my dietary habits and I feel more energized than I ever have before.”  - Jaclyn Jones, owner of Indigo Studio

“Renee helped me realize that food/eating isn’t as scary as I once thought.  She helped me understand what my body needs.  I lost 5 pounds in the first two weeks of following Renee’s meal plan.” -Lisa Cleveland
