Hello! I just read an interesting article that I would like to share: The Claim: To Cut Calories, Eat Slowly.  The article explains why people who eat slower actually consume fewer calories.  I think this is a great point to remember especially since most of us live such busy lives and forget to give ourselves the time and attention we need.  I hope you all have a great day and hopefully can take the time to sit down and enjoy your meals!
