Excellent on salads, lightly steamed vegetables, or as a marinate. Make dressing with less water for a delicious vegetable dip.
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup water
- sea salt and pepper to taste
Blend together avocado, lemon juice, cilantro and garlic until smooth. Whisk in water until desired consistency. Season with sea salt and pepper.
Recipe note: Feel free to alter the amount of lemon juice and cilantro based on your taste.
