Cucumber Salad

makes 4 serving

This cucumber salad is nutritious, delicious, and so easy to make.

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Toss all ingredients together.  Refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving to let flavors marinate together.
