makes 2 servings
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 3/4 cups water or milk (unsweetened almond, rice, low fat cow’s milk, etc)
- 1 large apple, cored and chopped (may use peach, pear, etc)
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Blend together spinach and water. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
