- Cooking spray
- 1 portobello mushroom cap
- 1 slice part skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices whole grain bread, toasted
- 1 teaspoon marinara sauce
- 4-5 fresh basil leaves
Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat and mist with cooking spray. Grill portobello cap 6-8 minutes, turning once. Once mushroom is cooked top with cheese and microwave for 30 – 45 seconds until cheese is melted. Between 2 slices of toast layer marinara sauce, basil, and portobello cap.
